What data we collect and why

Booking form and assistant booking. Name, phone, email (optional), car model, year, VIN (optional) and a description of the fault. We use this only to reply to your request and arrange the repair (legal basis: your consent and steps taken before entering into a contract).
Chat assistant. To improve the assistant we keep anonymous statistics: the topic asked about, whether the answer helped, the page and the language. Phone numbers, email addresses and VIN codes in questions are masked automatically. A random conversation ID is stored only in your browser session (sessionStorage) and disappears when you close it.
Server logs. To protect against abuse we keep technical data (IP address, number of requests) for a short time.

How long we keep data

Requests are kept for no longer than 12 months and anonymous assistant statistics for no longer than 13 months. After that the data is deleted automatically.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. It is processed only by our website hosting and email providers, who keep it secure.

Cookies and third-party content

The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. On the contact page the Google Maps map loads only when you click "Show map" - Google may then process your data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing or withdraw your consent. Write to everaltsolutions@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
